Stunning vintage Hamilton Thin o Matic 663. The 10K gold filled case with stainless steel case back shows light minor signs of use but in excellent condition overall. Case back is tastefully engraved “G•H 8-2-61”. Absolutely stunning original dial that has been aged beautifully with time. Dials like these are commonly referred as “tropical dials”. Could be refinished if desired but it’s incredibly stunning as is, almost has the appearance of mother of pearl when seen in different angles. Original gold hands and markers. Excellent original crystal with faint light scratches that can only be seen through magnifying glass or really close inspection. The 663, 17 jewel automatic winding movement is currently running although its service history is unknown. Comes on a high quality brown leather strap with gold tone buckle.
